We operate under the Controlled Goods Program (Canadian equivalent of ITAR) in a 125,000 square foot (11,650m2) manufacturing plants, 20,000 square foot warehouse and employ 160 full time staff located at the heart of the continent in Winnipeg, Canada.
We are certified under ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100 (AIR 5359 REV B) and are also accredited through NADCAP. Our production floor maintains several lines of major equipment including Gantry 40 foot Cincinnati 5 axis 3 Spindle High Performance Profiler; SNK HPS-120B 5-Axis High Speed Horizontal Profiler; Three 10 foot V-5 Cincinnati 5 axis Vertical Machining Centers; 3 Makino MMCs, total 9 Machines, 32 plus 10 Pallet 4 and 5 axis Cells; Mazak VariAxis 630 mm 5 axis trunion; Miscellaneous Support Equipment – 2, 3, 4 Axis CNC; and 3 CNC CMM’s.
Our Engineers provide superior Process Planning, CNC Programming, and Configuration Control.
Providing Paint, CARC, Non Destructive Testing LPI and MPI, Anodizing, Inventory managementand final inspection in house.
